Do you enjoy supporting families with young children? Do you believe in holistic, grass roots community development? You might enjoy volunteering with our Family Place Network on a Tuesday or Wednesday mornings!
We are looking to grow our volunteer teams at Greendale Family Place (Wednesday mornings at the Blue Heron Reserve) and our Mountainview Family Place (Tuesday mornings at the Sardis Library).
This volunteer opportunity might appeal to someone who is interested in pursuing a career in the ECE field (or someone who has retired from that sort of work).
Family Places are free drop in centres that feature play based learning, fun sensory activities like playdough play, arts and crafts, shared snack and circle time for families with children aged 0-6 years.
