Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity that will help to improve food security for families in Chilliwack? We have 2 opportunities for drivers to support food security within our Family Place Network and Better Beginnings program.
The 1st opportunity is available on Thursday mornings. It would involve picking up a cooler of frozen meat and some boxes of bread from Downtown Chilliwack and delivering the food to our Sardis and Downtown Family Place locations in order that it might be distributed to families with young children.
The 2nd opportunity is a once a month Wednesday evening opportunity that involves driving to Mission to pick up a very large truckload or SUV load of bread back to Downtown Chilliwack.
