Gratitude Society is a registered charity serving vulnerable individuals, families, and their pets in Abbotsford. We are seeking a volunteer bookkeeper to help manage monthly financial records, receipts, and basic nonprofit bookkeeping.
Ideal for someone with experience in QuickBooks or nonprofit accounting.
Time commitment: 4–6 hours per month, flexible schedule.
Tasks include:
Reconciling monthly statements
Organizing receipts
Preparing simple financial reports
Supporting annual filings and compliance
Helping maintain accurate records for grant reporting
Volunteers receive community service hours, reference letters, and recognition at our appreciation events.
